Jude’s field of expertise embraces all aspects of employment law and she has extensive experience of dealing with complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
Jude deals with many legally complex and factually difficult claims, often of significant value. Her cases often involve vulnerable parties.
Jude is ranked as a leading junior in employment law by both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners legal directories.
Jude also sits as a fee paid Employment Judge in the Employment Tribunals in Scotland and is a Trustee on the Board of Advocate, the Bar’s national pro bono charity.
