Gemma specialises in serious and complex cases involving children in public and private law.
She has worked in cases involving serious/fatal physical injuries, fabricated or induced illness behaviour, sexual abuse and serious domestic violence.
Gemma has considerable experience in the management of vulnerable witnesses and parents with learning disabilities.
She is an approved Facilitator for the delivery of the FLBA training in cross examination of vulnerable witnesses and accredited to cross examine vulnerable witnesses.
Gemma is a qualified Arbitrator for private law children and happy to conduct arbitrations whenever is most convenient for the clients.
Gemma is ranked in both Chambers and Partners UK Guide and Legal 500.
